As a seminar under CIBDA 2026, all submissions to ISDS 2026 must undergo peer review by 2-3 committee experts. After rigorous evaluation, accepted papers will be published in the form of the CIBDA 2026 proceedings as part of the ACM ICPS (ACM International Conference Proceedings Series) with ISBN: 979-8-4007-2257-8. These proceedings will also be submitted to ACM Digital Library, EI Compendex, and Scopus for indexing. The indexing of conference papers is currently very stable.

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
